1、啟動速度快，熱慣性小。
2、光波具有穿透性。由內而外對目標物體進行加熱，速度快，烘干效果好。
3、非接觸式加熱，無須空氣介質，即使真空中也能加熱。
4、鍍金反射涂層，對物體進行定向，聚集加熱，大幅提高熱效率
5、可根據被加熱材料的特性進行設計，匹配材料易于吸收的波長，以最小能源實現最佳加熱效果
